The Proposal

Winston and I met through Instagram and mutual friends about a year ago. We unknowingly grew up 5 mins down the street and both went to Baylor for college and still just never crossed paths! First date felt like we’ve known each other our whole lives and we’ve been inseparable ever since. He’s my best friend and the best person I’ve ever met and I’ve prayed for this day my whole life. We are sooooo excited to start a life together.

Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?

I want to be able to watch back and feel like I’m there all over again and be able to see our family and friends faces and laughs I think will be something so special to be able to have forever. I just want to be able to be brought back to the best day of our lives anytime we want and to be able to feel the emotions all over again.

Why did you choose us?

I love the style of Topher Films' videos and I love how you capture the candid moments so well like all the in between glances and small moments always end up being the most special and I love that you capture that.

You guys? …What do you do?..How do you spend your days?.. What’s important in life?

I am a nurse in Dallas and Winston works in sales, and we love traveling and going to concerts. We spend most of our days going on adventures, we love the outdoors and love anything with our dogs that both happen to be named Koda.

The Venue. Why did you choose it above anywhere else?

It reminded me of the notebook and I felt like The Palm Mansion itself tells a story. It’s beautiful, historic, and romantic. My dream was always to be married under a willow type tree and the tree in the garden is exactly what I was wanting.
