About the Couple

The Proposal

We met the first day of our college career at Texas A&M University. Bella initially met Garett's home town friends through attending a church camp before college began, and once they all got to College Station, Bella and Garett were introduced. Over the next two years, they built great rapport and respect of each other, and the fall of their junior year, Garett was bold enough to ask Bella on a date. She went, unsure of how it would go as they had been friends for so long. But, the date went great, and led to a second, a third, and the rest is history!

Garett proposed under the Century Tree on Texas A&M's campus. The tree holds a campus tradition that if you walk under it with someone, you will be married for life. Garett surprised Bella in January 2025 with a dream proposal and we got to celebrate with all of our family and friends afterwards! It was a special day.

Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?

Our two main reasons for pursuing a videographer for our wedding is to share our special day with loved ones who are unable to make it, and to have visual documentation of the day we committed to one another in marriage to show our kids one day!

Why did you choose us?

Michael was so nice and engaging on the phone. It was a personalized phone call, while also being informative about pricing and offered services. We're excited to work with a company who invests in their clients!

You guys? …What do you do?..How do you spend your days?.. What’s important in life?

Since we have the same college friend group, our free time is often spent hanging with friends. We are blessed that all of our friends, including many young married pairs, have relocated to the same city we will be living once we are married. Outside of hanging with friends, we love being active- going on walks, reading books, having deep talks, working out, watching movies, laughing a LOT!

Things that are important to us are our faith in Jesus, family, having fellowship with our friends, and laughing!

The Venue. Why did you choose it above anywhere else?

Our best friends, Ethan and Trin, got married at The Brooks three years ago! We walked down the aisle together at their wedding, long before we were dating. We love the venue for it's sentiment to us and we are so excited to watch our best friends walk down the aisle at our wedding together at their venue.

What experience do you want to give to your guests?

We want our guests to leave our wedding with a greater understanding of our reason for getting married. We believe marriage is not just about us, but about serving one another with a purpose greater than ourselves. We want our guests to have fun, enjoy some nibbles and coffee while they mingle, and leave with an admiration for how we love one another and how we loved them that evening.
