Royal Oaks Country Club offers an elegant and picturesque setting, perfect for a memorable wedding celebration.
Tyler and I met on Hinge (cringe as Tyler calls it!) I had a feeling from the moment I saw his face that he could be the one! We texted for a few days before deciding to meet in person. Our first date was at Hillstone in Dallas, TX. I will never forget walking in and seeing him for the first time! I thought he was SO cute with the most beautiful blue eyes! :) We found out quickly that we have a ton in common. We’re both from small towns, graduated from Baylor, love snow skiing and the lake, and love spontaneous adventure! Our love for Christ is also something we bonded over. On our third date, Tyler talked with me about how he wasn’t interested in dating anyone else, and I was so excited I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!!! We’ve shared so many fun experiences since that day including bike rides at White Rock Lake, picnics, road trips, Baylor basketball games, Rangers games, and so much more! I absolutely love how kind, loyal, and funny he is! He is a thousand answered prayers and the love of my life! I can’t wait to spend my life with him! Forever isn’t long enough! ❤️
We want to capture our wedding on video to relive the special moments that mean the most to us. From the dress reveal to my dad and brothers, to the ceremony at Ellis Chapel at Park Cities Baptist Church, we want to remember every detail. There are stairs in the chapel that offer a great view from above, which would be perfect for capturing the ceremony. We also want footage of our special dances, the cake cutting, and our sunset photos on the Royal Oaks golf course. Finally, we can’t forget the sparkler send-off with the vintage car, it’s a moment we’ll want to cherish forever.
My sister-in-law, Olivia Lynn, and my younger brother, Preston, used Topher Films for their ceremony and highly recommended you!
Tyler is from East Texas and I am from West Texas. We both grew up in smaller towns and went to Baylor, but we didn't meet each other until after we both graduated. Our faith is very important to both of us.
Tyler is a CRNA, and I am a speech pathologist!
We are both members of Park Cities Baptist Church, and we wanted to get married in the church we call home, surrounded by our closest friends and family. The ceremony will be officiated by Tyler's small group leader and one of the church's lead pastors, Travis Cook. Following the ceremony, we’ll continue the celebration with a beautiful reception at Royal Oaks Country Club, a place that perfectly complements the joy of our special day.
We are so blessed and grateful to be surrounded by loving friends and family on our special day! We want everyone to have fun and enjoy this exciting milestone with us!
