A sun-kissed celebration at Ole Hanson Beach Club, where ocean views met timeless romance.

The first time I saw him, we were both sitting at the same gate for a flight to San Diego. I remember glancing over at him and thinking, Oh, wow, he’s cute. When I got to my seat, I saw that the seat beside me was empty and thought, how awesome would it be if he ended up next to me?
Well, he did. We started talking, and then he asked for my number and we went our separate ways. I was certain I would never hear from him again. I thought about him often, but eventually he faded into the ‘missed connections’ category. A few months later, out of the blue, he sent me [a message that said] ‘Happy New Year.’ We hit it off like nothing ever changed.
For the proposal, Jackson surprised me on the Palos Verdes cliffs with a wooden archway that had a poem on it asking me to marry him. It was in both in English & Mandarin and he’d printed out photos from our relationship. It was supposed to be our Valentine’s Day date so even though I knew he was proposing this year, I was surprised!
For memories and to show our kids in the future and to post on social media.
I loved your wedding videos! The high quality footage, drone, and I liked in the Mexican wedding how you had some super 8 footage (or edited to look like super 8). Also the great opportunity where any 3 brides would quote their budget and you’d honor it.
The most important thing to us is our faith in Jesus Christ! We enjoy working out, serving in church, and exploring together. Jackson is 23 and I’m 27 (will be 28 when we’re married) so we have a bit of an age gap. He is a software engineer and I’m a CPA!
We loved how Ole Hanson is right by the beach and has the Spanish architecture. We wanted that classic California vibe for our wedding. The town of San Clemente, especially Del Rey ave, is so cute!
Just a really fun time! I have many non-Christian friends so I also want our wedding to reflect the love of Jesus to them, and give glory to God for all He’s done for us.
