About the Couple

The Proposal

It all started with a little app called Coffee Meets Bagel. Glory was drawn to Esther’s warmth and genuineness, while Esther was intrigued by Glory’s thoughtful questions that went far beyond small talk.

Their first date was at Kura Revolving Sushi in May 2018, where conversation flowed as smoothly as the sushi plates circling by. They both immediately felt at ease and enjoyed each other’s company.

About a week later, Esther noticed Glory still had some dating apps on his phone. Curious, she asked if he planned to keep them. Glory smiled, said he wasn’t using them anymore, and deleted them right then and there, marking the start of something truly special.

Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?

We want our photos & videos to preserve not just the big events, but also the quiet, meaningful moments, so when we look back, we’ll remember the friends and family who made our special day complete.

Why did you choose us?

I really appreciated the photography and videography that give modern/vintage/romantic look! I was really hooked with videography.

Glory drives innovation as an IT manager, tackling complex challenges and keeping systems running smoothly, while Esther brings imagination and user-focused design to her role as a UX designer. When he's off the clock, Glory dives into his passion for golf—whether he's out on the course or exploring the latest gear. Esther, on the other hand, enjoys connecting with friends, shaping clay in pottery class, and whipping up homemade treats in the kitchen. Together, we love unwinding with video games, getting competitive over board games, and indulging in great food, whether we're cooking at home or discovering new restaurants.

The Venue. Why did you choose it above anywhere else?

We were drawn to the hotel's stunning location and distinctive interior design, which felt like the perfect backdrop for the experience we envisioned. Its emphasis on exceptional food sealed the deal for us.
