The Proposal

We met in high school. We were genuinely best friends before dating, we were dating other people while we were best friends. As the years went on, we grew feelings for each other and have been madly in love since we were 18 years old. We recently went on a two week trip to Italy in April. We’ve been together five years and he finally popped the question in Capri, Italy. Easily the best day of my life.

Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?

We are very family orientated, so making sure that all of our intimate moments with our families are captured. The first dances, the first look. And I absolutely love the concept of the best speech or even private vows playing over the video. Absolutely love your cinematic perspective.

Why did you choose us?

Topher Films' work genuinely blew me away. Very moody and cinematic. Anytime I would show someone they would say it looks like a movie. I love the idea of making my love story a movie.

You guys? …What do you do?..How do you spend your days?.. What’s important in life?

I’m an extrovert and he’s an introvert. My family is massive and his is small- you could say opposites attract. He’s a lot more relaxed and easy going, I’m very energetic and organized. Our dog and cat are most important to us, they are like our babies. We also want to start a family right after getting married, so mentally and financially preparing for that is vital. Our family is the most important thing to us.

The Venue. Why did you choose it above anywhere else?

I chose it because it’s my uncles backyard, so he let me use his backyard for a smaller fee. I’m also going for an Italian theme, which I think it fits the theme. I’m trying to ball on a budget. I want everything to look really nice and fancy but also affordable. So far so good.

What experience do you want to give to your guests?

A memorable and intimate experience. I want there to be unique and customized stuff. I also want to make sure they feel welcomed and understand I’m grateful they are here.
