About the Couple

The Proposal

Brandon and I met back in 2018 I believe. Ran into some mutual friends at a bar on St. Patrick’s Day.
He was drunk and I wasn’t interested. We ended up doing a competition together at the end of 2018, started talking more beginning of 2019 and the rest is history.

We have been together for 5+ years and Brandon finally proposed in October of 2023. We went on a
solo trip together for the first time in YEARS. We ended up going hiking in Montana and he proposed
at the top of our first hike. 6 miles up. That was a long walk down without any service or anything. I
had to wait like 2 to 2.5 hours to tell anybody! Which was actually nice thinking back! That was one of my
most memorable trips. I would love to do more stuff like that with him again soon.

Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?

I want to have it to look back on. We get older and memories fade and I want to keep something like
this fresh. I’d like to be present in the moment and be able to look back and watch it from the outside
perspective as well

Why did you choose us?

We chose Topher Films because Christopher is a good friend of mine and we really think he does an awesome work!

You guys? …What do you do?..How do you spend your days?.. What’s important in life?

We workout, we hike, we like to be o it doing stuff. Brandon is very crafty. He can do literally anything.
I think it’s important to do stuff that is just fun and we really enjoy the outdoors

The Venue. Why did you choose it above anywhere else?

We wanted to go back to where we got engaged, but even having just our parents at the wedding would make that a bit challenging. I’d love to do it, but we wanted more of a happy medium. We love being in nature and beautiful places, so we started thinking about options that fit that vibe. Breckenridge in Colorado, feels perfect! It’s stunning and surrounded by natural beauty. Plus, it’s more accessible than where we got engaged. Texas just doesn’t have that same “pretty” feel for us.

What experience do you want to give to your guests?

We want them to feel like we are happy they came, but this isn’t a celebration for them as most
weddings tend to be. This is our wedding and they are just spectating.
