We met in 2017 at law school in Pennsylvania. Following graduation and taking the BAR exam, Dan moved back to Texas and I stayed in my home-state of Pennsylvania. We did long distance for about a year. I moved to Texas in 2020. Soon after we had our first son, Aiden, who is now 3 years old. Dan proposed when Aiden was 4 months old and it was the weekend of my 30th birthday. It was a special weekend because all of my friends had flown to Texas from different parts of the country to be there for the proposal (which was a surprise to me at the time). We started to make plans for a wedding but time got away from us. In 2023, we had our second son, Adrian, who is now 1. Now finally, we’re getting around to having our wedding, but it will be extra special to have our two kids enjoy the day with us.
